Transaction History

The Transaction History page gives you a complete record of every payment made on your account.

Accessing Transaction History

Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Transactions.

Transaction List

Each row shows:

  • Transaction date.
  • Description (plan name and billing cycle).
  • Amount and currency.
  • Payment method used (TBC or BOG).
  • Payment status: Completed, Pending, Processing, Failed, or Refunded.

Downloading a PDF Invoice

Click the Download Invoice icon on any completed transaction to save a PDF invoice to your device. Invoices include your account details, the plan purchased, billing period, amount paid, and a transaction reference number.

Payment Statuses

  • Completed — payment was received and processed successfully.
  • Pending — payment initiated but not yet confirmed by the gateway.
  • Processing — gateway is currently processing the payment.
  • Failed — payment was declined or encountered an error. No charge was made.
  • Refunded — payment was refunded to your original payment method.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your subscription is not activated or renewed. You will receive an in-app notification and an email. Return to the Packages page to retry with a new payment.
