The Requests page lets you submit requests to your HR team or manager and track their progress — for equipment, schedule changes, policy exceptions, or any other workplace need.
Accessing Requests
Go to Employee Portal → Requests.
Submitting a Request
- Click + New Request.
- Select the request type and category.
- Enter a title and a clear description of what you need.
- Set a priority: Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
- Optionally set a required-by date.
- If the request involves a cost (e.g. equipment purchase), enter the estimated cost.
- Submit.
Your HR team or manager is notified automatically and will update the status as they process it.
Request Statuses
- Pending — submitted and awaiting review.
- In Progress — acknowledged and being handled.
- Approved — granted.
- Rejected — declined, with a reason provided.
- Completed — fully resolved.
Viewing Request Details
Click any request to open its detail sheet, which shows the full request history, any admin notes, and pickup or fulfilment instructions if applicable.
