The Training module lets you create and manage training programs for employees, track individual completion, and link programs to employment contracts.

Accessing Training

Navigate to Dashboard → HR → Training.

Training Table

Each row displays: program title, category, duration in hours, number of assigned employees, completion percentage, and active/inactive status.

Creating a Training Program

  1. Click + New Training.
  2. Enter the program title and a detailed description.
  3. Select a category: Onboarding, Compliance, Technical, Soft Skills, Leadership, or Custom.
  4. Set the estimated duration in hours.
  5. Add training materials, links, or upload files.
  6. Assign the program to specific employees, or make it available to all.
  7. Check Required if completion is mandatory.
  8. Save.

Training Detail Sheet

Click any training row to view the full detail panel showing: program description, full list of assigned employees with their individual completion status, and any contracts the program is linked to.

Linking Training to Contracts

When creating or editing a contract you can attach one or more training programs as requirements. The employee is expected to complete them as part of their onboarding or role obligations.

Tracking Completion

Completion is tracked per employee per program. Managers can mark training as complete on behalf of an employee directly from the training detail view.
