Employer Dashboard
Employers see the following widgets:
- Active Jobs — number of live job postings.
- Pending Applications — applications awaiting review.
- Upcoming Interviews — interviews scheduled in the next 7 days.
- Team Activity — recent actions by team members.
- Leave Requests — pending leave approvals.
- Payroll Summary — current pay period overview.
Employee Dashboard
Employees see a personalised view including:
- My Tasks — tasks assigned to you.
- My Leave Balance — remaining leave days by type.
- Upcoming Interviews — any interviews you have scheduled.
- Announcements — latest company news and polls.
Customising Widgets
Click the Customise button in the top-right corner of the dashboard to show, hide, or reorder widgets according to your preference. Changes are saved per user.
