Your career page is live at:
https://[platform-domain]/careers/[your-company-slug]Your company slug is shown in the Company Profile settings page. It is typically a lowercase version of your company name.
What Candidates See on Your Career Page
- Your company logo, cover banner, name, and tagline.
- Industry, company size, website URL, and social media links.
- A searchable, filterable list of all active job postings.
- Employee benefits section.
- "Meet the Team" section with public team member profiles.
- A contact form for sending you direct messages.
Sharing Your Career Page
From the Recruitment page, click the Share button next to your company name. You can:
- Copy the direct link to your clipboard.
- Share directly to LinkedIn.
- Share directly to Twitter / X.
- Share directly to Facebook.
Sharing Individual Job Postings
Each job listing also has its own shareable direct URL in the format /careers/[company-slug]/[job-id]. Use this link to promote specific roles in email campaigns, social media posts, or on external job boards.
How Candidates Apply
- Candidate clicks Apply Now on a job listing.
- They fill in their name, email address, and phone number.
- They upload their résumé (PDF or DOC format).
- Optionally they write a cover letter.
- They submit the form.
The application appears immediately in your Recruitment → Candidates tab under the relevant job, ready for your review.
