The Interviews page tracks every interview scheduled across all your jobs, providing a central view for managing your hiring pipeline.
Interview Tabs
- Upcoming — interviews scheduled in the future.
- Past — interviews that have already taken place.
- Pending — interviews awaiting candidate confirmation.
- All — every interview regardless of status.
Interview Card
Each interview card shows: candidate name and avatar, job title, scheduled date and time, duration, interview format (In Person / Video / Phone), location or video link, and current status.
Scheduling an Interview
- Click Schedule Interview from the Candidates tab or a candidate's profile slideout.
- Pick a date and start time.
- Set the duration in minutes.
- Choose the format: In Person, Video Call, or Phone.
- Add a physical location or paste a video meeting link.
- Add interviewers from your team.
- Click Schedule. A confirmation email is sent to the candidate automatically.
Interview Actions
- Reschedule — pick a new date and time; the candidate is notified.
- Add Feedback — fill in structured post-interview feedback using the score categories.
- Mark Complete — confirm the interview took place.
- Cancel — cancel the interview and optionally notify the candidate.
- Download Report — export a PDF summary of the interview and feedback.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple interviews using the checkboxes and apply bulk operations: cancel selected, export to CSV, or send reminder emails to candidates.
