The Analytics section provides data-driven insights into your recruitment performance, team activity, and key HR metrics.
Recruitment Analytics
Access recruitment-specific analytics from Dashboard → Recruitment → Activity tab or the interview analytics page. Available charts include:
- Applications Over Time — line chart showing daily or weekly application volume for the selected job.
- Pipeline Conversion Rate — funnel chart showing the drop-off percentage at each recruitment stage.
- Time to Hire — average number of days from initial application to an accepted offer.
- Source Breakdown — which channels (job board, career page, direct link, social) are driving the most applications.
- Interview Pass Rate — percentage of interviewed candidates who advance to the next stage.
Team Analytics
Available in the Team page under the Statistics tab:
- Pie chart showing the distribution of member roles within your team.
- Bar chart showing activity volume per team member over a selected period.
- Line chart showing team growth (member joins) over time.
