My Jobs

My Jobs is your job posting management centre. From here you can create new listings, edit existing ones, control their status, and track applications.

Accessing My Jobs

Navigate to Dashboard → Company → My Jobs.

Job List

Displays all your job postings with a status badge for each: Active, Draft, Paused, Closed, or Expired. Each row also shows the application count, location, employment type, and date posted.

Posting a New Job

  1. Click + Post a Job.
  2. Enter the Job Title.
  3. Select the Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance, or Internship.
  4. Set the Location Type: On-site, Remote, or Hybrid, and enter the location.
  5. Choose the job Category and Experience Level.
  6. Optionally enter a Salary Range and currency.
  7. Write a detailed Job Description using the rich text editor.
  8. Add Requirements and Responsibilities as bullet points.
  9. Set an Application Deadline.
  10. Save as Draft to continue editing, or click Publish to make it live immediately.

Editing a Job

Click the job title or the Edit action in the row menu to open the editing form. Changes to live jobs are reflected immediately on the public job board.

Controlling Job Status

  • Pause — temporarily hides the job from public search results while preserving all data and applications.
  • Close — stops accepting new applications. Existing applications are retained.
  • Reopen — reactivates a previously closed or paused listing and makes it live again.

Viewing Applications

Click View Applications or the application count badge on any job to jump directly to the Candidates tab in the Recruitment module, pre-filtered to that specific job.
