Company Messages is an inbox for inbound messages sent to your company through the career page contact form. It allows you to read, respond to, and manage all candidate and visitor enquiries in one place.
Accessing Company Messages
Navigate to Dashboard → Company → Company Messages.
Message List
Each message entry shows: sender name, sender email, subject line, linked job listing (if the message was sent in context of a specific job), status badge, and the date received.
Message Statuses
- Unread — received but not yet opened.
- Read — opened but not yet replied to.
- Replied — a reply has been sent to the sender.
- Archived — moved out of the active inbox but retained for reference.
Reading a Message
Click any row to open the message detail panel on the right side of the screen. The full message content, sender information, and any linked job are displayed here.
Replying
Click Reply in the message detail panel. A compose form appears — write your reply and send. The reply is sent directly to the sender's email address and the message status automatically updates to Replied.
Archiving and Deleting
Use the Archive button to move a handled message out of your active inbox. Use Delete to permanently remove a message (requires the Delete permission).
Filtering and Searching
Filter the message list by status using the filter bar: All, Unread, Read, Replied, or Archived. Use the search field to find messages by sender name, email address, or subject.
Permissions
Access to Company Messages is governed by team permissions. Three separate levels exist: View (read messages), Answer (send replies), and Delete (remove messages). Assign these to roles in Team → Permissions.
