Employee Portal Overview

The Employee Portal is a dedicated, separate login experience for employees. It gives each employee a personalised view of their own data — pay slips, leave balances, time entries, documents, and more — without granting access to the main employer dashboard.

Accessing the Portal

The portal is located at /employee/login. Employees log in using:

  • Their email address.
  • A PIN code set by their employer.

Portal access must be enabled for each employee individually by an employer or manager from the Organisation section of the HR module.

Receiving Access

When an employer enables portal access and sends an invitation, the employee receives an email containing:

  • The portal login URL.
  • Their email address.
  • Their PIN code.

Employees should change their PIN after first login from the Settings page.

Portal Navigation

The portal sidebar contains links to all available sections:

  • Dashboard — summary of salary, leave balance, and recent activity.
  • Time Clock — clock in, clock out, and view attendance history.
  • Leave — submit leave requests and check leave balances.
  • Pay Slips — view and download monthly pay slips.
  • Loans — view active loans and repayment history.
  • Assets — view company assets assigned to you.
  • Documents — view and download documents shared with you.
  • Training — view enrolled training programs and completion status.
  • Requests — submit and track requests to HR or management.
  • News — read company announcements and vote on polls.
  • Settings — update your profile and change your PIN.
