The employee dashboard gives you a personalised snapshot of your current employment status, pay, and leave at a glance.
Summary Cards
- Base Salary — your current monthly gross salary.
- Last Payment — the net amount you received in your most recent pay slip.
- Leave Balance — total remaining leave days across all leave types.
- Active Loans — the number of currently active salary loans.
Leave Policy Notice
A notice at the top of the dashboard displays your organisation's current leave policy — including your annual leave entitlement, sick leave days, and whether the three-month average salary calculation is enabled.
Leave Balances Table
Below the summary cards you will find a detailed leave balance table for the current year. For each enabled leave type it shows:
- Total days entitlement.
- Days used.
- Days remaining.
- A usage progress bar.
