My Reports shows the moderation reports you have submitted — such as flagging an inappropriate message or reporting a user — along with their current review status and any actions taken.
Accessing My Reports
Navigate to Dashboard → Company → My Reports.
Report Types
- Message Reports — reports submitted about a specific message within a conversation, flagging it as inappropriate, spam, or abusive.
- User Reports — reports submitted about another user's overall behaviour, content, or conduct on the platform.
Report Statuses
- Pending — submitted and awaiting review by an administrator.
- Under Review — an administrator is actively investigating the report.
- Resolved — the report has been investigated and action was taken.
- Dismissed — the report was reviewed but no action was warranted.
Report Details
Click any report entry to expand the full details — you can view the reported content or user, the reason you provided, any notes added by the reviewing administrator, and the action taken (if any).
