The Settings page lets you update your personal profile information and change your portal PIN code.
Accessing Settings
Go to Employee Portal → Settings.
Profile Information
You can update the following fields:
- Name — your display name shown throughout the portal.
- Phone Number — your contact phone number.
- Avatar — upload a profile photo. Click the camera icon on your current avatar to select and upload a new image.
Note: Your email address, position, and department are read-only in the portal. These can only be updated by your employer from the HR module.
Saving Profile Changes
Click Save Changes after updating your profile fields. A confirmation toast appears when saved successfully.
Changing Your PIN
For security, you should change the PIN provided in your invitation email:
- Scroll to the Change PIN section.
- Enter your current PIN in the Current PIN field.
- Enter a new PIN (minimum 4 digits) in the New PIN field.
- Confirm the new PIN in the Confirm PIN field.
- Click Update PIN.
Your new PIN takes effect immediately for all future logins. If you forget your PIN, contact your employer — they can reset it from the HR Organisation page and re-send your credentials.
