You can view and manage your active subscription from the Settings page.
Accessing Subscription Settings
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription.
Current Plan Details
This section shows:
- Your active plan name and tier.
- Billing cycle (Monthly or Annual).
- Subscription start date.
- Next billing date (or expiry date for annual plans).
- Amount due at renewal.
- Current subscription status: Active, Trial, or Cancelled.
Upgrading Your Plan
Click Upgrade to go to the Packages page where you can choose a higher-tier plan. Your new plan activates immediately after payment. Any remaining time on your current plan is not refunded.
Changing Billing Cycle
To switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa), go to the Packages page, select the same plan with the alternate billing cycle, and complete a new checkout. The switch takes effect at your next renewal.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- A confirmation dialog appears — confirm that you want to cancel.
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately.
- You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.
Updating Payment Method
To update your stored payment method, cancel the current subscription and re-subscribe selecting the new payment gateway. New subscriptions always prompt you to choose TBC or BOG at checkout.
