The Recruitment module is a full-cycle applicant tracking system (ATS) built into the platform. It covers job creation, candidate management, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions — all in one place.
Accessing Recruitment
Go to Dashboard → Recruitment. The page opens with a tab bar across the top.
Tab Overview
- Candidates — all applicants for the currently selected job.
- Pipeline — drag-and-drop Kanban board of candidates by recruitment stage.
- Job Info — full details of the selected job posting.
- Interviews — all interviews linked to the selected job.
- Calendar — calendar view of recruitment events and deadlines.
- Score Card — define and review candidate evaluation criteria.
- Activity — full audit log of all actions taken within this job.
Selecting a Job
Use the job selector dropdown at the top of the page to switch context between your active job postings. All tabs update to reflect data for the selected job.
Quick Actions
From the top bar you can also share the job posting directly to LinkedIn, Twitter, or copy the link.
