The Pipeline tab gives you a visual drag-and-drop Kanban board of all candidates for the selected job, organised by recruitment stage.

Board Layout

Each column represents one recruitment stage: Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired. Each candidate card shows their name, avatar, number of days in the current stage, and star rating.

Moving Candidates Between Stages

Drag a candidate card from one column and drop it into another to instantly advance or change their stage. The change is saved immediately and an entry is added to the Activity log.

Candidate Card Quick Actions

Click the menu on any candidate card to:

  • View the full candidate profile.
  • Schedule an interview.
  • Send an email to the candidate.
  • Add or update a star rating.
  • Reject the candidate.

Filtering the Pipeline

Use the search bar and filter controls at the top of the board to narrow candidates by name, rating, or other attributes. Rejected candidates are hidden by default — click Show Rejected to include them in the view.

Score Card

The Score Card tab lets you define custom evaluation criteria for the job (e.g. Relevant Education, Research Experience, Working Experience, Creativity, Overall Impression). Interviewers fill in numerical scores for each criterion, providing a standardised and comparable assessment across all candidates.
